I have really enjoyed my sessions with Steve over the past few months and have been really impressed by the transformation in the way I look and feel. His knowledge on how to target specific muscles in a variety of ways to build muscle and to correct posture issues is incredible and his emphasis on the mindful connection to the movements and benefits of that, set him apart from other trainers I have previously worked with. His inclusion of breath work and mediation as part of the recovery was also something new to me but he has taught me the importance of this when training and I now get it .

I have learnt so much about diet, nutrition and overall health and fitness from him and have honestly never felt so good !

I hired steve as my personal trainer a couple of months ago with the goal of building some overall muscle (specifically chest and abs!) and to lose some body fat.  I have been really pleased with the results from our sessions and the program he has got me doing.

If not quite a full 6 pack yet, definitely a good 4 and there is a huge difference in the look of my shoulders and chest. His insistence on a whole body routine was initially difficult for me to buy into but he sold it to me based on the overall " muscle building" effect on the whole body and in the interest of balance which made sense.  Really happy with how much stronger I feel and am excited to see how far i can go!

I have done a variety of sessions with Steve over the last month or so focusing on overall fitness, strength, cardio.

High intensity cardio work has been tough but actually fun and have been a nice contrast to the slower paced mentally focused resistance strength work. We have also been doing a lot of functional whole body work including novel movements like "bear crawls" which have been interesting, challenging and lots of fun. They have really helped me develop a better working relationship with how my body moves and have improved my core strength and posture. Steve has also re-organised my diet, giving me specific macro targets and ensuring I meet all of my daily nutritional requirements. The time spent with him always feels so valuable in terms of the difference in how i feel before and after and i must say his sessions are the highlight of my week !

Training with Steve improved my life quality. During the last year I’ve been training with Steve twice a week, I never done this kind of training before and wasn’t sure what to expect, Steve was very attentive and created a routine that is specifically suitable for my body and needs. For many years I suffered from lower back pain, with time it got better but I was still afraid to lift anything heavy, since training with Steve, my back is in the best condition it was, my posture is better and overall I feel healthier and more confident. Steve pushes you to do more but is sensitive enough to not over do it. It feels like he really care about his clients and put his heart into the sessions.
